VelvetHeart.com offers free returns and exchanges for U.S. orders only. To obtain your prepaid shipping label, click on the link above. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your ship date.

  • All items must be in new condition, unused and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • SALE items are not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We only accept return or exchange items purchased on the Velvetheart.com website and not from other retailers.
  • A completed return form or a copy of your invoice must accompany the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be for equal or lesser value items. (Exchanges for items of lesser value will be refunded the difference in cost via the payment method provided at time of purchase).
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the item has been returned and has undergone a QUALITY CONTROL CHECK. Please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to appear in your account after completion of refund. Refund does not include the amount for the shipping label. 

LOST PACKAGES

  • We ship via UPS which provides trackable methods of shipping, so if your item is “lost” in transit, contact VELVET HEART and UPS customer service.
  • Once “proof of delivery” is corroborated we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost or stolen.

 Domestic (US) Return Process:

Click here to begin your return and follow the steps to obtain your return label.

  • Use the RETURN LABEL provided.
  • Include the packing slip provided with the emailed return label
  • Pack item(s) securely and send to the address provided on the return label.
  • Allow 5-7 business days for the package to arrive at the VELVET HEART warehouse, and another 7-14 business days for processing.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

International Returns:

  • International customers may return merchandise for refund or exchange at their own expense via any trackable method within 30 days of purchase.
  • Make sure to keep and provide tracking information to VELVET HEART customer service.
